His philosophy is the same for everyone - “build a strong, robust and more capable body for every situation”.

Jonny’s passion for helping people came from within a struggle of his own. He is a keen footballer who tore his ACL when he was 18 leading to him getting surgery on his knee and having to go through a 9month rehabilitation program. Before this, he would not have done any gym work, but with his rehab work, he understood the benefits for health and longevity and also for the enhancement of performance. Since then he has been preaching the rewards of his programs that he has found for himself.

Leader in running fitness Alex has been working as a personal trainer in Raw Performance for 18 months after switching careers to pursue her interest in health and fitness after lockdown. She has a passion for women's health in particular and enjoys working with those new to the gym and strength work. Alex likes to share the benefits that being active can have for females as they age, helping ladies to future proof their bodies for the effect that menopause can have. Alex is a keen runner and it was through running that Alex initially began her relationship with the gym, using strength training to ensure she can run not only injury free but as a tool to develop speed and power. She uses her experience as a runner to help guide clients through various races from 5k to half marathon while also completing several half marathons and marathons herself.
