Our timetable currently consist of 25 sessions, which include ‘Strength & Conditioning’, ‘Engine’, Mobility & Skill’ and even ‘Olympic Lifting’ . We also have times available for Open Gym and Personal Training but if you would like more information on these, please get in contact with us.

Our timetable may change throughout the year depending on the number of members but our core classes will remain! 

 Are classes are bookable through our app, ‘MINDBODY’ which we will set you up with at your consultation or your first session!
