So whats the difference in the Small to Large Groups?

With Small Group Training:

Again a tough call, and… the great news you can do either or BOTH!

We have a lot of members that enjoy the benefits of both, our Small Group members get Unlimited large group classes inside the package, so you don’t have to pick your favourite! This is a great option for those wanting the community feel from large group and still get the individual time from their Small Group session.
